The data subject is a natural person, who has provided the Company with his/her personal data on the basis of a rental agreement, purchase agreement, service contract or other contract concluded with the Company, or whose personal data the Company has obtained from a third party, in particular from the subject's employer, or whose personal data has been obtained by the Company from other sources.

The Company processes personal data to the extent that it is provided to it data subjects or to the extent that the Company obtains it from other lawful sources. Duration of processing of personal data

The Company processes personal data for the period necessary or prescribed by law. regulations. If this period is not specified, it processes them for the duration of the contractual relationship with the subject or a contractual relationship between the controller and the Company in its capacity as processor, and for a period of 10 years after the termination of such contractual relationship.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
