Contributing to carbon neutrality and healthier soil

We support farmers who want to farm more sustainably and businesses who care about the environment.

Regenerative agriculture is the way to reduce CO₂ in the atmosphere

The whole world is talking about excess CO₂ in the atmosphere. Meanwhile, the soil lacks carbon, which is essential for the formation of humus. Without organic humus, the soil loses fertility, which is made up for by chemical fertilizers. Regenerative farming keeps carbon in the soil, reduces CO₂ in the atmosphere and contributes to carbon neutrality.

Regenerative farming also helps retain water in the landscape, produces healthier crops and marks a return to the perfection of nature itself.

How does Carboneg work?

Our vision is a carbon negative society. That's why we are carbon negative = Carboneg. We motivate farmers to switch to regenerative farming. We can measure how much harmful CO₂ has been removed from the atmosphere as a result. For every tonne of CO₂ removed, we pay farmers a reward. This is financed by companies that want to be carbon neutral as soon as possible but are unable to achieve this with current technology.
